If your style is not our product:

B. Product picture, product description, modification opinions should be provided, we will design drawings and size charts for your confirmation accordingly. This way is simple communication and the fastest.

C.Sample worwear, modification opinion and size table. This way of communication is clear and operable, and there is no ambiguity.

For example, you can send us the workwear you want to develop to confirm the fabric, style and analysis details that need to be selected.

D. Design drawings and size chart, this is the most professional, but also helps to reduce communication ambiguity, quote as soon as possible, shorten the sample cycle, and provide you with better and more professional services.If you have a professional design team, we strongly recommend using this method.

Note：If you need to add a logo, please inform the logo’s color, process (embroidering, printing, rubber label, etc.) and positioning, and send the logo design file (PDF, AI & PNG) to us, so that we can process the sample during the manufacturing process. Reasonable arrangement of processing technology, complete sample production at one time, to avoid sample quality problems caused by forgetting or modification.

The order manager and the professional workwear designer in the design department set up a project team to take charge of your sample order technology and production process until delivery. Step 2. According to the determined styles and fabrics accessories specifications, we calculate the sample fee and freight.

Please inform your delivery address, we will check the shipping price. We will receive sample fee and freight together. If there are a large number of samples at one time, freight will be charged before shipment. Please advise the size required.

Note: The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order.

According to the sample invoice provided by us, customer will arrange the payment in time. The sample time is within 15 days after our company receives the payment and arranges to send it out.
