Production orders, also called bulk orders, usually refer to orders for more than 500 pieces of Hi-vis working clothing. Your orders handed over to BOWINS Garment should be effectively controlled for product cost, quality and delivery time. 1.confirm the style

Confirming the HI VIS WORKWEAR style is the first step in placing a bulk order. Hi vis clothing styles generally include three aspects. The first is the structure of the hi vis clothing, that is, the shape of the hi vis clothing frame, seams taping, reflective, etc.; The second is the constituent elements of HI VIS working wear that is, the pattern, color, your logos, etc. The third is the texture of the hi vis workweart, that is, the type of fabric used, whether it is breathable, waterproof, and if can pass the hi vis working clothes certiicate, such as EN20471. According to our understanding and the experience through cooperating with our customers, when you determine the style of the HI VIS working clothes, please also consider the factors such as competitive styles, target markets, and who and the where to use the working clothes.   1. Customize samples, Confirmed Samples, and Initial quotation.

After confirming the style, we will make the first sample within 7-10 days and send it to you through UPS/DHL/FEDEX. In order to confirm all the details before mass production, including the material material, production process, design style and selection of auxiliary materials, etc. After you receive the sample we made, you can check and confirm the sample, or even modify it. While sending samples, we will select and send more fabric cards for your choosing which according to our experience. At the same time, we will calculate the price for the first time based on the details and production process of the first sample, and make the initial quotation based on the quantity of your order.

  1. Confirmation of bulk orders

The samples we made are confirmed by your company, and the confirmation method can be by mail or fax. According to your needs, we can sign the contract in the next step.

If you have a sample of your standard or specified contract, please email us directly your contract, including style, quantity, color and ratio. If your company does not have a sample contract, please fill in the following format and send it to us.

  1. According to your contract information, we will send our commercial invoice, which will show the incoterms signedas well as the payment terms. After you confirm the delivery time, please arrange the 30% deposit.

The payment terms acceptable to our company include:

  • T/T prepaid 30%deposit, 70% after shipment upon the copy of B/L
  • L/C at sight
  1. Confirm Pre-production Sample

A pre-production sample, as the name implies, is a sample made for pre-production preparation.The materials of this sample are all bulk materials, and the production process is in accordance with the bulk production process, which is of course also based on the sample details confirmed with you before.That is to say, the pre-production sample you see is the same in style, fabric and accessories for the bulk goods you receive in the future.Therefore, the material cannot be modified after the pre-production sample is confirmed.If you need to improve and improve our workmanship, please feel free to comment us. We will make corrections and improvements in the mass production.However, it is better to reserve your opinions on affecting the product structure or bulk production. Thank you for your understanding and support of our work!

After receiving the payment information confirmed by the bank for the advance payment, we will arrange and order all materials, including fabric, lining, cotton, sewing thread, adhesive tape, zipper, logo and so on, so as to prepare for the production of bulk production.It takes about 20-25 days to produce the materials for hi vis working wear,unless there is a special material needs about 40 days.

After the bulk goods arrive at the factory, we will use the bulk goods and use the right materials to make the pre-production samples. It takes 7-10days to make the Pre-production samples.

6.Bulk Production and Quality Control

Upon receipt of your confirmed pre-production sample comments, we begin to prepare for production. Our preparations for bulk production are as follows:

  • Pre-production meeting

The main purpose of the this meeting is calling different parts of cooperating this hi vis working wear together to discuss and pay more attention to the points. Such as QC department, the sample makers and Technology writer.

  • The production meeting based on the first piece produced in the production line

Based on the first piece hi vis workwear which produced in the produced in the production line,our QC will check the existing problems and ask the worker to modify/improve and pay attention to some points, in order to improve the quality of the production

  • On-lineInspection

QC or the monitor of the production line will check each of the production process every day and write inspection records daily, such as the seams taping, printing,embroidery,etc. to ensure that every day do finished products are in accordance with the process inspection,and QC standard certification.

  • Final inspection

The products shall be inspected according to AQL1.0-4 standard certificate.

If you have a full-time QC or a third-party inspection agency, you can directly inspect the products in our company. if not, our QC department will inspect the products according to your quality requirements before shipment, and the sales staff responsible for you will send the inspection report to your company

  1. The final inspection.According to the production arrangement and production cycle prediction, we will communicate with you 7-10 days before the completion of the mass production to determine whether you or a third party will come to our company for a period of inspection. If you or a third party raise objections to our quality, we will fully cooperate with you to correct and correct the goods.

8.Arrange Loading and Shipping

According to the inspection results, BOWINS Garment agrees to release the goods that meet the international inspection standards. According to the contract we signed, we will arrange the delivery of goods by sea or air. According to the shipping schedule and flight information of the shipping company or airline, we will check with customer for confirmation. Once your confirmation, our company will arrange the delivery. In general, the shipping time is: 14-18 days to the US East, 25-35 days to the US West & Canada, 30-40 days to Europe, and Southeast Asia is 7-14 days, the shipping schedule to Oceania is 25-35 days. Generally, the time for air transportation is: 3-7 days worldwide. In case of emergency, you can negotiate with our company to change the mode of transportation.

9.Pay Balance Payment

If you choose ocean shipping method, after the goods leave the port, BOWINS Garment provides all shipping documents, generally including invoice, packing list,copies of bills of lading, certificate of origin, loading details, etc. If you need other information, please communicate with us.  After BOWINS Garment receives the balance payment, we will arrange to send the original bill of lading or send the released bill of lading by email. If the delivery method is air transportation, customer needs to arrange the balance payment according to the delivery documents provided by our company before the goods are booked.
